I've been heavily influenced by the works of Dr. Kelly Starnett (physical therapist/ crossfit instructor) and Dr. Andreo Spina (chiropractor, founder of Functional Range Release Techniques). I do more than make you run and lift weights, I will target muscular/skeletal deficiencies and turn you into a machine of torque and efficiency.
