We try to be unlike other personal trainers. We educate and motivate without having to scream and yell. Our philosophy as personal trainers is that our clients want to be treated with respect in a positive and nurturing environment.
We also believe in designing personal training workouts and workout plans based on a firm understanding of exercise science and a thorough knowledge of the body, kinesiology, and physiology. This also means that we individualize our workouts for each person, mixing what they enjoy and what they need, so that they can achieve their ultimate goals.
