Hi! I'm Steve Hewell, a Personal Fitness Trainer and Martial Arts/Self-defense instructor. As a fitness trainer, I design and implement personalized resistance and bodyweight exercise regimens for all different levels of fitness and skill, from barest beginner to advanced.
We'll look at the factors that can contribute to your personal fitness goals and how we can best optimize them for you.
I'll demonstrate and explain how to do the various exercises and routines safely to minimize the possibility of injury, and maximize your total endurance, strength, and power, plus monitor you carefully during training to ensure correct techniques and form so that you get the greatest benefits from your program.
