I want to start by saying that I'm NOT your "everyday" personal trainer. I started my career working and training at a body building gym, focusing mainly on weight-loss and toning for competitions. I love my work and take it very serious, but at the same time I like to have fun with it. My goal is to incorporate FITNESS into your LIFESTYLE, not to give unreasonable workouts & diets so you can reach a short-term goal. The process of getting back in shape should be something that both the trainer and client can enjoy.

What makes my sessions different than others is that my goal is to not just get you in shape, but to help you understand fitness and how it works. Within a month of training, you will know the proper technique to lifting, and certain nutritional tips to help you stay fit and looking GOOD!
