Fitness it and always has been my true passion. I began training when I was in High School and continued to study and learn as much as I could about nutrition and exercise throughout my first 2 years in college. After giving fitness advise, and creating numerous workout-splits and diet plans for friends and family members, I decided to further my education in fitness and chose to do so using the ISSA (International Sports Science Association) Certified Fitness Trainer course to do so. Upon completing this intensive certification program, I feel confident that my learned abilities as an effective trainer have caught up to natural ability to motivate and inspire others to live healthy, happy lives. Stressing the importance of simplicity in terms of exercise.
Many of the most famous fitness celebrities of the past 100 years have transformed their bodies with little more than a bench and some dumbbells. It is my belief that with proper instruction, equipment is a non factor and that fantastic results can be achieved simply with body weight work if no other options are available.
