I worked at my first gym in 1979 and have had a passion for fitness ever since.

I worked at LA Fitness for over two and a half years and now work privately as an independent personal trainer.

I am a NFPT certified personal trainer! Although I train people of all ages, I specialize in training baby boomers, seniors and women.

I have a certification in water aerobics with American Sports and Fitness Association.

I offer a variety of exercise equipment modalities such as TRX, kettlebells, mini Pilates reformer, recumbent bike for warm up and vibration platform for cool down.
