Andrew is a certified personal trainer with the NSCA since 2004. He has been an athlete all his life in participating in numerous sports including soccer, baseball, basketball, football, track, cycling, swimming, capoeira, gymnastics, weightlifting, and dance. He is an expert in strength and conditioning for athletic performance. He works with clients of all ages with varying goals specializing in weight loss, toning & firming, bodybuilding,core strength, and flexibility. He has an unrivaled passion for fitness and loves sharing it with others.
