    David Worley's passion for fitness originated from 17 years of active sports training and 5 years as a certified personal trainer. He is driven to develop a higher quality of life for himself and others as a trainer. His background includes ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), Super Slow personal training certifications and CPR/ AED certification. He has apprenticed with leading fitness professionals and has completed courses on nutritional counseling. David is experienced in active isolated stretching, and many advanced techniques to make every workout custom to clients goals and physical limitations. These techniques include but are not limited to knee, back, and shoulder rehabilitation. With the experience of being a personal trainer at many well known gyms, studios, and in home training, David realized the importance of freedom from distractions, hassles, and scheduling conflicts found at most gym establishments. David has now decided to create his own vision of a health environment/ training center or at your home, DEFINE FITNEZ, to make experiences and create a healthier you. Running three nutrition stores in the past gave David a chance to search for a healthy nutrition company to provide quality products to optimize not only his health, but the health of his family and clients as well. David is active in many sports and also competed and placed in a bodybuilding competition in 2007. These experiences gave David greater knowledge of how the body can be advanced with proper nutrition and physical dedication. David has experience in many sport specific training programs including soccer, baseball, basketball, football, golf, and his knowledge continues to grow. This experience, along with a vital understanding of how to transform the human body, will help facilitate the change into a fit, focused, healthy, and driven new you!
