I've been in the fitness industry ever since I received my first nationally accredited certification through the american council on exercise in 2011. I studied exercise physiology at the University of Montana prior to receiving my first certification. I started as a boxing coach specializing in strength and conditioning, and eventually made the transition to personal training in 2012. I have multiple personal training certifications, and am a strength and conditioning and biomechanics specialist. I have worked with clients ranging from extreme weight loss, to athletic development and even body building. Whatever your goals are, I have the tools to take your training to the next level!
