I have been a trainer for 19 years;holding two certifications-National Academy of Sports Medicine,and Body Makeover systems. The latter, I trained mostly women.As an expert in weight loss, I know the value of keeping blood sugar level and not letting insulin get out of comtroll. Using weights and cardio together is the best way to improve overall health and stay at a healthy weight. For women,its important to maintain muscle mass because muscle eats calories.
