individually design your workouts because you are different and have different needs! My philosophy to train someone is simple. Don't over work my client. After two months (12 to 24 sessions) with me, expect thinner waist-line, firmer arms legs and thighs, increase flexibility, stress level will drop just to name a few. I will determine if you have muscle imbalances and help correct them. This will release soreness in back neck etc.

I have a client who came to me with about 45 lbs. over weight. He couldn't do more then 2 push ups, and believe it or not couldn't do even one sit up. Though his school did sports, they never did exercises. He had to catch up on over 6 years of his life. He is now at his perfect weight, can do push ups with ease, and begs me for more sit up sessions.
