I will work with you to-improve muscle tone by reducing unwanted body fat, correct muscular imbalances, increase your cardiovascular endurance and increase your body's lean muscle mass. All of witch will increase your metabolism. I have been a trainer for over 8 years, most of that as a Fitness Director at Gold's Gym. Certifications: CPT-NASM, CPT-ACE, CES-NASM, CPR.
