No Limits Fitness is the Bay Area's premier AT-HOME training company. We bring the gym to you! Whether it be in-home, outdoors, or in office our team of trainers are highly qualified to help anyone achieve their fitness goals. With over 75,000 sessions serviced, we have worked with clients from all over the fitness spectrum including weekend warriors, weight loss, muscle and strength gain, and even the elderly for balance and gait training. About the Owner: I am a recent graduate of Fresno State University with my Bachelors in Exercise Physiology. I am also currently certified through the NSCA as Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Fitness has always been a passion of mine and now I have the opportunity to teach it to others! Myself and the other trainers are extremely passionate at bringing the highest quality training service to the Bay Area.

Our Staff of 6 personal trainers are all Nationally certified personal trainers and have been working in the industry from 1-7years. We have serviced over 50,000 sessions combined in cities all over the Bay Area including:

San Francisco
Antioch Pittsburg
Fremont Hayward
San Jose Santa Clara

and the list goes on.

When working with a No Limits Personal Trainer we take your needs into consideration. Every workout is tailored to a clients specific goals and dietary recommendations are provided to ensure that the work you are putting into the gym is not wasted. Sessions are fun, energetic, and motivating. Each time we workout we are looking to improve from the last time.
