About Body Specifics

I got into this business for several reasons, and all of those still ring true today. Specifically, I love assisting anyone who wants to be the best person possible. This includes physical, mental. and emotional success. Seeing a client flourish is very satisfying and continues to motivate me to this day. I have had the privilege of working with people of all ages and fitness levels, including Olympic athletes, America's Cup sailors, and figure and bodybuilding contestants. My extensive understanding of physics as it relates to body mechanics allows my clients to achieve results at a high level of efficiency, without excessive joint stress or risk of serious injury. It has always been my objective to ensure that each individual attain his or her maximum personal potential. That may include resistance and cardiovascular training, sports specific conditioning, physical strengthening, body composition changes, and/or injury prevention and rehabilitation. I have extensive experience in prenatal exercise, longevity training for older adults, and work frequently with diabetics and people affected by Multiple Sclerosis or other neurological disorders.
