I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. I have been training since 2015 and I am also a Biology major at a local college. My passion for fitness first began in 2015 when I went off to a university and ended up gaining weight from inconsistent and unhealthy meals. I was unhappy and felt horrible so I began working out and taking Kinesiology classes to better my health and fell in love with fitness. When I came back home I began helping my family make small changes to get them on the path to a successful healthy lifestyle and began to train them. From there I have always been an advocate for making health and fitness a lifestyle and not just a fad.
I specialize in weight loss transformations, strength training and flexibility training. I utilize various techniques depending on the client to help you reach your fitness goals. From HIIT to Tabata, I strive to create different workouts that will help you get the most from each session with me.
What sets me apart from other trainers is that I'll create effective workouts for you that will challenge your body but I'll be right there with you doing them as well. I find that the best motivation doesn't always come from showing a client a move and standing over them while they complete the exercise but from being right there completing the workout with the client. Together we will reach your fitness goals!
