    I am an undergraduate student at California State University, Fullerton majoring in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Allied Health. I am studying to become a Physical therapist. As a former soccer player, staying active has always been a big part of my life. Competing as an athlete at the collegiate level helped shape the person that I am today. Through all the struggles and sacrifices I went through to be the best that I could be, I was able to build many values that shaped me into the person that I am today. Responsibility, motivation, dedication and most importantly, passion for this lifestyle are all values that I was able to take with me.

    As an experienced personal trainer, I plan to implement these values that have helped me succeed with my clients. I believe in hard work, and I do my best to motivate my clients to achieve their fitness goals. I have experience working with all ages and genders at different fitness levels. My specialties include strength and conditioning training, and working with athletes.
