I began my fitness career in Golds gym northern Virginia some 14 years ago. Since then I have ran multiple facilities, worked on educating trainers, taught behavior modification with clinical directors, and my ultimate passion that has never swayed, working with clients.
I love creating plans for nutrition be it weight loss, toning, sports performance, or optimal health. The same passion is found when designing workout programs or teaching techniques to decrease stress and improve quality of life.
Over the years I have held multiple certifications -

Most recently I have published a 6 week program to incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and grounding techniques along with fitness and nutrition. I believe in having a strong body and mind will lead to sustained results.
