About Alday Athletic

I spent hundreds of hours in self-study, mentored under several leading-edge exercise science practitioners, and have tested many of the theories and applications on myself. I was a multi-sports athlete throughout my youth and studied human movement, Kinesiology at San Diego State University. In my continued studies, I've learned that it's possible to achieve both a good external physique and a healthier internal state without getting injured. I focus on Corrective movement, restoration techniques, and fitness nutrition. My clients thrive in fitness and achieve peak performance with the value Lisette and I bring, from our accumulated wisdom and experience. My 25+ years of case studies and systems repeatedly produced success for my clients while insulating against injuries.
