What to expect when you train with her?
Sweat! Every training session is an exciting combination of exercises keeping things fresh from session to session, mixing up fun activities to trick your body, preventing you from getting used to one way of training (training the same way every time will stop you from seeing the results you want to see). She only speaks words of encouragement and when her clients need additional motivation, she will parallel the workout and sweat alongside of you.
Jennifer is very knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition and combine them to help her clients reach their fitness goals faster.
