I provide one on one training, couple training, at-home/outdoor training, and virtual training. I have three certifications from NASM (certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition, and corrective exercise). I have experience doing personal training in-person or virtually. I specialize more in corrective exercise where I help clients get back into fitness from an injury or post surgery, increase flexibility, and help clients understand how their body naturally compensates during certain movements that may compromise form or lead to severe injury.
