About Changing Bodies Inc.

A former Div I college athlete, Dale knows what it takes to perform at the highest level. With 20 years experience in NY & LA, Dale has worked with ALL kinds of clients. He first received his personal trainer certification from ACSM in 1997. He added a NASM cert in 2011, as well as a NASM Corrective Exercise Certificate in 2016. In 2020, Dale received his master's degree in Fitness and Wellness Leadership from SUNY Plattsburgh. Dale has worked in every conceivable environment: big gyms, small gyms, in homes and outside. Variety is the spice of life, as well as the secret to prolonged fitness.
