Certified Trainer and Instructor. Michelle is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is a recent graduate from California State University with a Master’s in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. She also has a Bachelor’s in Health and Nutrition Sciences. Michelle lived most of her life in New York City where the high stress environment and lifestyle drove her to take control of her health. This sparked her interest in learning about fitness and nutrition when she experienced the many benefits after exercising regularly and making better nutrition choices. Once she changed her life she realized her passion for fitness and nutrition can help change the lives of others.
She enjoys spending free time running, organizing races, traveling, and experimenting in the kitchen.
