About Brent's Fitness World

Starting in 2006 when I joined bootcamp for the Marine Corp. I designed and lead a couple of Body Composition Programs (BCP) which entitled a 3 and 6 month commitment for Marines to get within Marine Crop height and weight standards.
The program consisted of Conditioning, Plyometric, Strength Endurance, Marine Corp Martial Arts, Supplementation and Nutrition.

In 2011 left active duty to go to school and try and become a private contractor as a fitness trainer. I was able to strike a deal with a major supplement corporate. I was their Group Instructor for 90 Days at a time. I taught a total of 9 group classes a week, for 3 days, for 90 days, while each class having 20-25 employees per class.
I taught Core Strength Training, Stretching, Toning, and Strength Resistance Exercises, Improved Balance, Coordination, and Flexibility. Supplementation and Nutrition was very paramount to the company has they were a major distributor.

Late 2013 I was hired at Equinox where majority of my program designs were based on Strength and Condition, Corrective Exercises and Injury Rehabilitation. While training here I attended over 150 hours of internal education focusing on exercise and cardiovascular, physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, orthopedic injury, nutrition and program design.

As of late December 2014, currently training with Gold's Gym. Grasping and gaining new knowledge on proper functional movements involving Kettlebells, the Viper, Foam Rolling and TRX Training.
