I offer personal training and group fitness programs, as well as activities such as hiking, stand up paddling, trail running and other outdoor activities. I believe getting fit should be fun!
Specific classes I offer are stretch and sculpt HIIT training and BootCamp style classes.
Over my 15 year fitness career, I have taught at gyms including 24 hr fitness, Bally's, Gorilla Sports, LA Fitness, Alemany School of Karate, and Fitness Elite for Women. At these gyms I have taught, cardio kickboxing-boxing, BodyPump, Spin, PowerFlex, and Aqua Aerobics. I have also worked as Floor Technician and Personal Trainer.
I have a Bachelor of Communications degree from UCSB.
I am certified as a Fitness Trainer through ISSA , The International Sports Science Association. I hold my current CPR,AED certification.
