Customized training programs to the client's specific goals. I use various forms of resistance including weights. med and stability balls, resistance bands ans plyometrics. Utilizing resistance training blended with with various forms of cardio training be it rebounding, step or using eliptical, recumbent bikes or tradmill work. Very proficent in weight and fat loss, weight management and muscle building. I focus on proper nutririon that is performance oriented and really educate and monitor this area as I believe firmly it is vital to a training program and overall wellness.ISSA certified through a closed book exam at their seminar. Former nationl sales trainer and manager in the insurance and investment field and have a diverse background in training, coaching and motivating individuals to reach their best.
