Physical fitness is a distinct characteristic of a person who refuses to be made helpless. What is your level of fitness? That fitness level is your exterior, a projection of your internal belief system and preparation for life, your future.
You must adopt an attitude, a belief that says I am going to maintain my level of fitness even though I have three kids, two jobs and a myriad of other responsibilities. Or you can choose to give in.
Your fitness is a projection of what you expect for yourself. Once again, it is simply a choice. time to do something for you!
