About Treasured Footsteps Fitness

We provide person centered fitness and wellness services to each client. Group fitness classes are available along with personal training. Classes are provided in a friendly family environment.

The founder has over 15 years of experience in the fitness field, specializing in senior fitness.
Education:
MA in Family Therapy
AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor
Silver Sneaker Certified
Licensed to teach Zumba Fitness
CPR, First-Aid, AED,
Extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities and seniors
