About Moxie Body Athletics



Personal Training: One on One personal training. I offer 4 types of Program: Lean & Tone, Athletic, Rip 2 Shreds (Men) & Weight Loss. For Weight Lost: My average is 15-20 pounds in the first month, 10 pounds in the following months, and as the training progresses it becomes maintenance. Please inquire within.

Group Training: I offer 3 types of Program: Lean & Tone, Athletic, & Weight Loss. For Weight Lost: My average is 15-20 pounds in the first month, 10 pounds in the following months, and as the training progresses it becomes maintenance. Group dynamics is a great program. Everyone supports each other and become fitness friends. Please inquire within.

Bootcamp Group Training: During March to October I offer Bootcamp Group Training. Please inquire within during Bootcamp Season.

Nutrition Counseling: I offer a Nutrition & Jumpstart Program for those who do not have difficulty exercising but need help improving their nutrition. Please inquire within.
