    My name is Dennis Warren and I have over 25 years’ experience as a personal trainer. During the beginning of my career I was a competitive power lifter and body builder. Receiving a degree in Kinesiology from Western Michigan University where I also played football. After time at Western Michigan I spent two years at American College of Sports Medicine. ACE certified. The creator of Dennis Warren’s Body make over system a complete body workout designed for all body types and athletic abilities. Body Makeover systems utilizes a blend of various exercise systems to help burn body fat and promote lean muscle mass over a 10 week period. knowledge of diet and exercise will also help you meet your personal goals.
