    Based on the needs of each clients,Boba incorporates Plyometric techniques into traditional weight training,Pilates on the mat,functional training,cross aerobics training or weight training combined with cardiovascular exercises.
    Clients are also encouraged to do outdoor activities,and each of them is counseled on their individual nutritional needs.Boba has long list of celebrities training.
