About Custom Fitness

The service that my business provides is customized workouts. Every client will have a workout that is based off their desired goals, body type and how their metabolism functions. All workouts are at least 3-phases that range from: beginning to intermediate to advanced. The goal is not only to improve the look of the clients' body but to increase the overall functional fitness of the client. The goal is to improve their quality of life.

My experience is gathered mostly from training friends and family. I brought them to the gym, showed them how to workout and designed customized workouts for their individual body types. I also like to take my clients shopping to show them what to buy and that you do not have to limit your food intake to receive results.

I became a Certified Fitness Trainer with the ISSA. I attend Los Medanos College where I major in Biology.
