I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified trainer, and a NASM certified MMA conditioning coach. I became a fitness trainer because fitness has always been a part of my life from participating in sports, to being in the Military. I lead an active lifestyle. I am able to train Men, & Woman, of any age group, and of any fitness level. I can develop Individualized Personal Training.
Whether your fitness goals are to run a 5K, a marathon, or a Spartan Obstacle Course race, I can assist you in any of these events, having completed all of them.
I have competed in and coached wrestling from Scholastic style, to Freestyle.
Locations in which I can Train you. Your Home, A gym that you may have at Work, or Apartment Complex, A Park or Outdoor Area.
Types of Training. Having attended the National Personal Training Institute, my training style is very broad, from strength training, cardio improvement, Circuit Training, to functional exercise. I can help improve your balance, your flexibility, and just get you moving better.
