My name is Chris Radney and I am a former division 1 college football player. I specialize in Strength & Conditioning for athletes as well as being a Nutrition Specialist. I teach athletes how to take care of their bodies inside and out by helping them design a workout regimen along with a nutrition plan to fit their needs.

I also coach non athletes as well to help them get in the best shape of their lives. I use my knowledge to help people learn what, when and how to eat and workout to live a healthy active lifestyle. Also to lose fat, build muscle and have the best life. The important part is that I teach my clients how to keep their results, build s better relationship with food, them selves and life
