I’m a relatively new trainer and not a typical gym rat. I spent most of my 20’s partying and being incredibly unhealthy. For the past several years I’ve been dedicated to health & have transformed my lifestyle. It’s a lot of work, not just physically, and I’d love to support other badass women that are looking to change their lives. I’ve been Plant-Based for about 2 years & am a certified vegan chef. By no means do I push this lifestyle onto others, and I’m educated about other diets, but Plant Based is what has worked for me. I travel to your home and bring my own (small) equipment. My workouts are all over the place, but combine high intensity intervals with boxing, martial arts, strength & agility training.
