    My number one priority is to help to improve the physical, mental, and emotional state of every individual client that I work with. I do this by assessing each and every person and their current fitness level, measuring each person percentage body-fat percentage and designing both exercise programs and meal plans (or providing the proper information to a dietitian for meal programming) to suit each person needs, capabilities, and desired goals.

    It is my firm belief that anyone regardless of age, current weight, current fitness level, or current condition of overall health can make monumental improvements in their physical, mental, and emotional well being and overall appearance with the desire, willingness, and proper guidance to get them to their goals. This has been shown in many recent university and clinical studies and my experiences in the fitness field also have proven this to be the case.

    I am fully aware of the fact that there is constant ongoing new research and studies being done each and every year in the areas of fitness and nutrition and one of my main goals is to keep informed of the results of these studies so I can stay on the cutting edge of technology in these areas. This helps me to provide the best possible service to each and every client.

    My number one goal is the success of each and every client that I work with. I feel that if any one client fails to achieve results and fails to continue to achieve and/or maintain those results then I have also failed. I believe in not only helping to motivate clients and helping them to succeed in achieving their goals, but in educating them as well so they can make fitness and wellness a lifestyle that will be with them for a lifetime.
