I custom build 12 week transformation programs where I provide a complete meal plan, as well as resistance training and cardiovascular routines that will have you seeing results and reaching the goals you have set. I work with individuals one-on-one, in groups, at health clubs, their homes, and via the internet. If you have a goal, whether it's to lose 10lbs or 100lbs, my programs will work for you, because they are not some generic "cookie cutter" program you can find in a Health and Fitness magazine. Every part of the program is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
