Jane Walters began her fitness career at 13 years of age, when she realized the benefits of exercise and proper nutrition.
While most teenagers spent time in the malls, Jane spent her time exercising. Jane, a mother of five, has always kept herself fit through exercise. She is a graduate of the Fitness Instructor Training program at McHenry County College and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine. Jane also holds a degree as a Cancer Exercise Specialist. Jane, Matt and their five children live in Northern Illinois and spend their free time exercising, camping, boating, biking, running, good old fashioned playing and enjoying family time together.
