    Vernon Garard is a former U.S. Marine, former Police and Military Trainer, and now works as a Firefighter/EMT where he is also a peer fitness instructor. Vernon is a CrossFit Level 1 Instructor and has held a personal training certification from for more than 10 years and has trained countless people from athletes to people wanting to loose a few pounds. Vernon Garard holds certifications thru Northwestern University and The American Sports and Fitness Association. Vernon's positive approach to training has made him a favorite among our clients. Vernon focus is on total body workouts, strength and conditioning, and sports specific training. Vernon is also our self defense instructor.
