It is built on 3 components enjoyment, challenging, variety. My emphasis is on personal I provide a service that is for his or her needs. I design fitness, goals, create exercise programs for novice exercisers, older adults, sports, cardiac, nutrition management, weight loss, and together we sit and develop fitness goals that's achievable. I create lesson plans to meet the demand of the fitness goals, the clients abilities. I use working models of the fundamentals, good alignment, posture, understand body works and functions, visceral experience movement, fluid control balance, I make exercise that will enhance every aspect of physical and mental well being. I strive to encourage, support, and challenge to make my clients fill strong, confident, and find a fitness program they enjoy.
